Hi, pretty much I would like to edit pictures such as removing people from pictures along with other stuff but I can't afford Adobe PhotoShop. Is there a software that would let me do this thats free or cheaper than Adobe. Thanks! Any help is appreciated.

You don't have to buy full Photoshop. You can get Adobe Photoshop ELEMENTS prettyfree adobe photoshop software cheap on sale, and it's very good. If you want to pay nothing at all, download Gimp.

I've used PhotoShop along with GIMP, and I love GIMP more. It has a better UI, uses less resources, and has a few features that PhotoShop doesn't.

There's pretty much nothing that can be done with photoshop that can't be done with either of them.
GIMP, it is a photo shop program just as good and completely free on windows.
