If you download Bittorrent and then after installing you go to Mininova and type in the movie you want and download it then the movie will download to Bittorrent and you will be able to watch them for free.
But sorry there is no way that ANY movie will download within an hour becuase the download speed depends on how fast you're internet is and what type of internet you have, the minimum time even with a fast connection and good internet is usually 4 to 6 hours, with afree dvd quality movie downloads slow connection usually about a day or so

There are lots of sites that show movies, The best ones that I have found so far are ultravid.org/forum and supermovieplex.at.ua. Some are downloadable. They show a vast amount of movies even new releases. Or you could try a google search for Nabolister and go from there.
yeah www.mininova.org is good. also www.isohunt.com. but these are torrents and u need bitlord or utorrent or limewire or something to download them. These are all free but if internet package only lets you download say 5gb a month be cautious not to go over it. i did and i got a hefty bill come through.
