There is no easy answer to this as it entirely depends on what you use your computer for and what software you use. The easiest thing to do is leave them there but that uses disk space so you could remove the ones you don't use and just keep the others.
How can we know what you use or don't use on your computer? Everything you listed is optional, up to you to decide if you want or not.
These programs operate the various software in your PC. The things you uninstall are trialware (free for like 30 days and then you pay). I would leave these alone.
