The box for downloading appears but it disappears after a second. What should I do???
If you have an anti-vdownload files from any siteirus program, it may be blocking the files as unsafe. Or you may have your security settings too high. Go download files from any siteto internet options in the control panel. Click on the privacy tab, and set the slider to 'medium'
