HiSpeed must be enabled in the BIOS. To enter the BIOS, restart the computer and look for the key it tells you to press at the firstpen driver boot screen. Usually Delete, F2, or F12. Just depends on the motherboard. Search for USB options and make sure it is set to HiSpeed and not Full Speed.
