Limewire has a lot of songs, but it's illegal haha. It's a program though, not a website.
Mininova.com is torrent website. You can download movies and music from it, also illegally. But you need to download utorkazaarent first. They have a link for utorrent on the website.

i always had really bad luck with kazaa. i could never get it to maintain connection. now i use a pay site but its really cheap. legalsounds.com is great, songs are 9c instead of 90c at i tunes. so albums usually range between 90c and 1.30 ish. and its legal.
Kazaa is total crap!!!
