Hey, is downloading songs from youtube for personal use legal? is downloading itself legal?
I don't want to get sued.
It is illegal though many people do it.
It doesnt matter what website you download from. If you havent paid for it and downloading songs from youtubeit isnt free then it is not legal.

It is illegal. Unless you buy the songs, it's illegal. Just buy the songs from iTunes, Amazon, or get Rhapsody.
